Thank you for shopping at Deal20one. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6:30 PM (Monday–Saturday) or on Sundays will be processed the next business day. Processing may be delayed on public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Karachi 1–3 business days
Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi 3–5 business days
Other Major Cities 4–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 7–10 business days
Quetta & Azad Kashmir Temporarily Suspended
⚠️ Notice: Deliveries to Quetta and Azad Kashmir are temporarily suspended due to the current law & order situation. We are working to restore service as soon as possible.

3. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee is charged on all orders. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all major cities in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If the order is not received, re-delivery charges may apply.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order anytime at:

6. Packaging

All products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. If your parcel arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately before accepting the delivery.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer not being available, our courier will attempt re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed deliveries. Orders that cannot be delivered will be returned to our warehouse.

8. Delays & Exceptions

Deal20one is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
  • Government restrictions or public holidays
  • Courier partner delays beyond our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
